Bob Zinn, Director of operations for H2 Builders, receives award from HBA

| Hilton Head Area HBA Members |
| Hilton Head Area HBA members, who participated in the 2010 Membership Drive earlier this year, put their HBA in the national spotlight. They recruited the most new members of all local home builders associations in the country. Members spent an entire day calling potential HBA members and asking them to become a part of the most important association in the industry. Not only did the Hilton Head Area HBA and their members receive national recognition, but they also received recognition with the Home Builders Association of South Carolina. The Hilton Head Area HBA received $250 and bragging rights. However, there was a group within the Hilton Head Area HBA that received more. The Get Aboard Team, composed of Randy Jeffcoat, Jerry Davis, David Gaal, Pat Lilly, Paul Mathieson, Larry Muething, Chris VanGeison and Bob Zin received $500 for recruiting the most members in the State. The HBASC thanks all of the participating members throughout the State who participated in the Membership Drive and helped to strengthen the Association. Remember, success is found in numbers. |

The beauty of nature surrounds the Marshview Residence, and carries inward. Coastal-inspired colors, materials, and textures feel rooted in their setting, as the interior design takes notes from the landscape.

Architecture can be seen as an extension of the landscape, an idea exemplified by this Marshview Residence. Natural materials and clean forms reflect the surrounding terrain, allowing the property to feel rooted and right at home in the Bluff.
