H2 Builders offers clients a Design/Build Program that features a collaborative effort between the clients, builder and architect/designer utilizing a team approach. This concept allows clients to consider design possibilities and cost inputs as well as value engineering suggestions by H2 as the plans progress, insuring design and cost compatibility. The process, typically taking two to three months, evolves from a site evaluation and initial floor plans and preliminary estimates based upon the clients inputs, to completed plans and specifications, architectural review board approvals and a fixed price construction contract. The Design/Build Agreement insures that the client obtains house plans and specifications, and all necessary landscape, drainage and structural engineering plans that meet all community and municipal code requirements while benefiting from the substantial cost reductions of H2’s agreements with the various professionals involved. This streamlined process allows clients to concentrate on the important design aspects of their home while H2 coordinates with the various entities on behalf of its clients.
