The process, typically taking two to three months, evolves from a site evaluation and initial floor plans and preliminary estimates based upon the clients inputs, to completed plans and specifications, architectural review board approvals and a fixed price construction contract.

The Design/Build Agreement insures that the client obtains house plans and specifications, and all necessary landscape, drainage and structural engineering plans that meet all community and municipal code requirements while benefiting from the substantial cost reductions of H2’s agreements with the various professionals involved.
