This week H2 Builders completed a 4 bedroom, 4.5 bath home in Palmetto Dunes. This contemporary retreat features a state of the art kitchen that opens to a private sunroom and a large living area with cathedral ceilings and lots of natural light. The first-floor master bedroom with walk-in closet has a private screened porch that opens to the rest of the outside patio. A sunroom, laundry room, powder room, and foyer complete the rest of the first floor. The second floor features 3 guest bedrooms with private baths and tons of storage. Every room in the house enjoys long lagoon views and plenty of sunlight. It’s a modern twist on Lowcountry living, and we like it!
