The H2 Renovation Team recently completed an amazing transformation in Palmetto Bluff. The new owners loved the home but knew they wanted need to make some changes before moving in. As you can see we replaced the previous dark details with light, coastal hues.

To take advantage of the 4 bedroom, 4.5 bath floorplan, we also turned the attic into actual living space with a kitchenette, full bath, powder room, media room, and extra laundry room.

This was an amazing renovation from start to finish. We loved bringing our clients visions to life and helping them make this space their own.

High-pitched metal rooflines and classic architectural forms ground the exterior, while the interiors layer warmth, light, and texture. Spaces are intentionally restrained to sit quietly within the Palmetto Bluff landscape, as curated pieces introduce moments of contrast, nodding to a sense of lived-in imperfection.
