The Carolina’s have become the Number One retirement destination of Baby Boomers, according to a newly released “2010 Baby Boomer Survey” conducted by Del Webb . Both younger (50 year olds) and older (64 years olds) Baby Boomers ranked either South or North Carolina first as their favored location in retirement- with the other Carolina as their second choice.

Hilton Head Island and the surrounding areas of Bluffton and Beaufort have been written up in the national press as great vacation destinations. Those of us that live here enjoy the beauty and mild climate year round as well as the ocean, nature preserves and sports.
